These interventions aim to address the individual needs of children and their families through early identification, assessment, and the provision of targeted interventions, including therapy, educational programs, and family support services.

What is the process of getting the services?

We offer services for NDIS participants. Please complete a referral form, and our team will contact you to arrange an initial meeting with the right therapists.

How long for the waitlist?

Most of our services are immediately available across Melbourne region. However, please contact our team to find out the current waiting period.

Are you registered NDIS provider?

While we are currently not registered with the NDIS, our team possesses significant experience with the NDIS, including expertise in processes and a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.

How do I know if your service is right for my child?

Determining if our service is suitable for your child involves considering various factors such as your child's specific needs, developmental goals, and the types of support and interventions we offer. We encourage you to reach out to us for a consultation or assessment where we can discuss your child's requirements in detail and explore how our services align with their needs and goals. Additionally, we can provide information about our approach, methodologies, and success stories to help you make an informed decision about whether our service is the right fit for your child.

What will I get from the service?

Our service encompasses a comprehensive approach, beginning with the development of a personalised individual therapy plan tailored to meet each child's unique needs. Through thorough assessments and collaboration with caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the child's care, we craft a plan that addresses specific areas of concern and fosters holistic development.

Which location are you providing services?

Expanding our mobile-therapy service across the Melbourne region, we aim to provide convenient access to high-quality therapeutic interventions for children and families in need. Whether in urban centers or suburban areas, our dedicated team of therapists travels to your location, ensuring that geographical barriers do not hinder access to essential services. With a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, we strive to reach communities throughout Melbourne, offering support and expertise where it is needed most.

How do you charge so much for KM?

We charge $1 per km for practitioner travel, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We fully understand that these costs can draw a significant amount from participants' plans, but it is important to ensure that our practitioners are fairly compensated for the expenses they incur while delivering services. The km reimbursement we collect from the NDIS is passed directly to our practitioners to cover their petrol and other on-road costs. Our business does not profit from these travel reimbursements.

Ordinarily, participants would need to bear these travel costs themselves if they were to travel to a clinic. While it’s always preferable to work with local practitioners to reduce costs, we understand how challenging that can be given current waitlists.

Additionally, circumstances can change rapidly. At times, our practitioners may have more participants in a particular area, which allows us to apportion travel costs and reduce the impact on individual plans, as outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Due to changes in participants’ therapy needs and funding, this isn’t always possible.
