Early Childhood Support/Key Worker
Our Key Worker is a central point of support for children and their families. They work closely with parents and caregivers to understand the child’s strengths, needs, and everyday routines, then coordinate therapy supports across disciplines such as speech and occupational therapy. Using a family-centred and strengths-based approach, the key worker helps build practical strategies into daily life, supports goal setting (often aligned with NDIS plans), and ensures consistent, collaborative care that promotes the child’s development, participation, and independence.
