Big Feelings Club provides a welcoming and supportive environment where children can explore emotions, build confidence, develop friendships and learn practical strategies for managing big feelings through engaging, play-based activities.

Suitable for: Children aged 5–10 years (adjust if needed)

Is this program NDIS funded?

Big Feelings Club may be accessible through NDIS funding depending on your child's plan. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Does my child need a diagnosis to participate?

No referral or diagnosis is required. Big Feelings Club is open to any child aged 5–8 who would benefit from support with emotional regulation and social skills.

What if my child is shy or anxious about joining a group?

Many children who join are shy or anxious about group settings. Our therapist creates a warm, gentle environment where children can settle in at their own pace.
